At Neckart, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not completely happy, you may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your item, provided all conditions below are met.
Eligibility for Returns

How to Start a Return

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Unapproved or unsolicited returns sent to our address without confirmation will not be processed or refunded.
Damaged or Defective Items
All items are carefully inspected before shipment.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us immediately upon delivery with photo or video proof.
We will verify the issue and, if confirmed, arrange a free replacement or return label.
Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for damage or defect replacement.

All items must be shipped using the return label provided by us to ensure tracking and proper processing.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to finalize the transaction.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@neckart.co.
Non-Eligible Returns
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Exchanges
For faster service, please place a new order once your return is approved.
We cannot guarantee inventory availability for direct exchanges.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment only.
Once tracking is issued, the order is considered finalized and subject to our return policy above.
If your order is canceled by us due to stock or shipping issues, you’ll receive a full refund automatically.
